We have used Seaside Window for all our window treatments for years and wouldn't think of using anyone else because of their professionalism, quality and service … but one of our partners did. They wanted to save a few dollars from a company that said they could sell the same product for less. Our partner contracted with this company (to remain nameless because they are still here) for the Averte product. After the product was installed, we went over to inspect the job and were practically speechless. I won't go into details, but the job was sub standard compared to the quality product selection and installations we have become accustomed to from Seaside Window and the product did not function properly.
We begged Seaside Window to look at this problem and they graciously did, reinstalled and agreed to service this installation even though it wasn't theirs.
There is a lesson here for everyone who is trying to save a dollar by using a company that does not specialize in what they do; are not responsive to service requests; and have not established a positive track record in Peñasco.
We would also like to add that all condo owners should patronize businesses that have proven their worth here in Peñasco. We need to make sure they are still here for service and future purchases when the market swings back – it's better for all of us!

I have furnished 9 condos on Sandy beach and bought all my blinds through Seaside window coverings. I have had each unit have a broken blind or shade and every time Seaside was there within 1 day to repair. With so many rental problems knowing my blinds are always working for my renters gives me peace of mind. I would use no one else in Penasco.
